Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act
I
learned that there are equal punishments for those people who abuse the rights
of a child. And any punishable act will not tolerate by the state.
I
realize that “ any person who shall use coerce, force, or intimidate a street
child or any child to: Beg or use begging as means of living, ac as conduit or
middlemen in drug trafficking or pushing; or conduct any illegal activities,
shall suffer the penalty of prison correctional in its medium period to
reclusion perpetua.”
As a
future teacher, I should be aware and respect the rights of a child as well as
respect them as part of the society, as an individual and future contributor
for the betterment of the nation they belong.
